KET Užduotys (ketuzduotys.lt) is a Lithuanian driving theory exam practice platform. The controller of personal data is:

2. What data is collected

When signing in via a Google account

When you sign in using a Google account, we receive only your email address and public display name, which are provided by Google. We do not receive your password and have no access to the content of your Google account.

When signing in by email

When registering the standard way, we collect your email address and an encrypted version of your password.

Usage data

If you are signed in, we store your test results and learning progress so that you can track your progress. We also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, duration of use) through the “Google Analytics” and “Microsoft Clarity” tools.

3. How we use the data and the legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases (Article 6 of the GDPR):

  • Account management and provision of the service – performance of a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Without this data we cannot provide you with the service.
  • Payment processing and granting a ticket – performance of a contract. Payment data is processed by the payment service (see section 4); we store only the transaction identifier, date, and amount.
  • Improving the quality of the platform and security – our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). For this purpose we use anonymous analytical data.
  • Password recovery, providing support, and other notifications – performance of a contract or your consent, depending on the nature of the notification.
  • Compliance with legal obligations – to the extent required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

4. Data processors and recipients

Supabase – we use this as our database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU region. More information: supabase.com/privacy.
Revolut (UAB „Revolut Bank“) – payment processing service. When you purchase a ticket, Revolut receives the amount, date, transaction identifier, your purchase email, and payment instrument details (card number, etc., which you provide directly to them). KET Užduotys does not receive or store your payment card details. Revolut's privacy policy: www.revolut.com/privacy-notice.
Google Sign-In – if you choose to sign in via Google, Google's privacy terms apply: policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity – we use anonymous visitor statistics tools to analyze website use. These tools use cookies. More information can be found in a separate section below.

5. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to maintain the authentication session. We also use analytical cookies through “Google Analytics” and “Microsoft Clarity”, which collect anonymous visitor traffic data.

You can disable analytical cookies in your browser settings or by using the “Google Analytics Opt-out” extension.

6. Data retention

Your account data is stored for as long as your account is active. Anonymous analytical data is stored for no longer than 26 months. Payment-related data may be stored for a longer period, to the extent required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. You can request the deletion of your account and all data related to it at any time.

7. Your rights (BDAR / GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – to obtain a copy of the data stored about you.
  • Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure – to request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”), except in cases where we are required to retain the data under applicable laws.
  • Right to portability – to receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object – to object to certain processing of data (e.g., analytical cookies).
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), A. Juozapavičiaus g. 6, 09310 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt.
