2. Service description
KET Užduotys provides free access to driving theory questions and tests intended to help you prepare for the official Regitra theory exam. The platform is intended for learning purposes only and is not an official product of Regitra or any state institution.
The platform is provided “as is” – we do not guarantee that all content will always be up to date, accurate, or match specific exam questions.
KET Užduotys reserves the right at any time, without prior individual notice, to suspend, terminate, or change the operation of the Platform, its individual parts, features, or any content. The user understands and agrees that KET Užduotys shall not be held liable for any consequences caused by such actions to the user or to third parties.
3. Account registration and use
Some features (e.g., progress tracking, paid tickets) require registration. By registering, you undertake to:
- Provide correct and up-to-date information.
- Keep your account login credentials secure (password, login links, authentication codes).
- Report any unauthorized use of your account by email at info@ketuzduotys.lt.
Personal account use
- The account is personal and intended only for the person who created it. One person may have only one account.
- It is strictly prohibited to share account login credentials, passwords, or access rights with other persons, including family members, friends, or classmates.
- It is strictly prohibited to allow third parties to use the account – directly or indirectly, for consideration or free of charge.
- The platform has the right to limit the number of simultaneous sessions per account. Systematic use from more than one device at the same time, from different geographic locations within a short period, or other atypical login signals may be considered indicators of account sharing.
- The platform has the right to monitor login signals (IP addresses, device identification data, session history, geographic locations) in order to detect account sharing and ensure the integrity of the service.
Creating an account by automated means or bots is prohibited. Upon detecting account sharing or an attempt to circumvent these provisions, the platform may immediately restrict access, delete the account, and cancel active tickets without a refund. See sections 7 and 9.
4. Community content
Registered users may submit questions to supplement the platform's content. By submitting content, you agree that:
- The submitted content is accurate and complies with the Lithuanian road traffic rules.
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- You grant KET Užduotys, free of charge, for an unlimited period and in an unlimited territory, exclusive, irrevocable rights to reproduce, edit, publicly publish, make publicly available, distribute, create derivative works from the submitted content, and otherwise use it in any form or manner. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive your economic and moral author's rights to the submitted content.
The platform reserves the right to moderate, edit, or reject any submitted content without prior notice. Content is checked by artificial intelligence and administrators before it is published.
5. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or to other users' data.
- Publish false, misleading, or harmful question submissions.
- Use automated means to send mass requests to the platform (scraping, bots).
- Disrupt the operation of the platform or other users.
6. Intellectual property
The platform's design, code, question wording, explanations, crossroads scenarios, and all other original data belong to KET Užduotys and are protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Lithuania. The Lithuanian road traffic rules are publicly available norms, but our compilation of questions, their wording, and explanations are original authorial work.
Without the written consent of KET Užduotys, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly publish, or sell any part of the platform's content.
- Use the platform's content for commercial purposes or create competing services.
- Create derivative works based on the platform's content.
- Collect the platform's content by automated means (scraping, web crawling, mass API requests), even for personal use.
- Circumvent technical protection measures, access restrictions, or authentication mechanisms.
If these provisions are violated, KET Užduotys has the right to immediately restrict access to the account, delete the account, and claim damages under the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
7. Paid tickets and refunds
Full access to the entire question bank is unlocked upon purchasing a time-limited ticket. A ticket grants access to all questions and features for the specified period (e.g., 1, 7, or 30 days). A ticket does not renew automatically – once it expires, access to paid features ceases until a new ticket is purchased. Current prices are listed on the/pricing page.
Ticket stacking. If you purchase a new ticket while a previous one is still valid, the new one takes effect after the current one expires – the time does not overlap, and you do not lose a single paid day.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by UAB “Revolut Bank” (via Revolut Merchant). KET Užduotys does not receive or store your payment card details. Payment confirmation and a receipt are sent by the payment service to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. Within 14 days of purchasing a ticket, you may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund by writing to info@ketuzduotys.lt and providing the payment identifier and your account email. This guarantee is a voluntary commitment by MB Muninas to the user.
- One guarantee applies per person. If we have already issued a refund under this guarantee, a ticket purchased later for an account belonging to the same person, email, or payment method is no longer covered by this guarantee.
- The guarantee does not apply in cases of abuse. We have the right to reject a refund request when unusual account use is observed – automated requests or content copying (scraping), multiple payments for the same person across different accounts, a disproportionately high volume of service use within a short period, or other actions that do not match the usual nature of preparing for an exam.
- We reserve the right to reject a refund request at our reasonable discretion. The decision is made taking into account the indicators of the specific use, including – but not limited to – whether the user has already substantially used the service (viewed or solved the majority of questions, or took simulated exams) before submitting the request, whether they provide correct purchase details (payment identifier, account email), whether the same person or payment method previously received a refund, and other indicators of abuse. Substantial use of the service constitutes consumption of a digital service under the provisions of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, and therefore no refund obligation arises in such cases.
- The guarantee does not apply if the account was shared. Upon detecting account sharing (disclosure of login credentials, simultaneous use of one account by several persons, or granting access to third parties), the guarantee is automatically voided, and the money paid is not refunded. See the personal use provisions in section 3.
- The refund is processed within 30 days of receiving the request. This period is set aside for security verification and abuse prevention. Money is refunded by the same method used to make the payment. Before initiating a refund through your bank (chargeback), please contact us by email so that we can resolve the matter directly.
- Right to withdraw from digital services. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that the service is provided immediately after purchase, and you agree to lose the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, provided for in Article 6.22810(1)(13) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. In addition to this guarantee, other mandatory consumer rights apply under the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania.
- When a ticket expires, your account's progress and statistics data remain – only access to paid features is lost.
8. Limitation of liability
KET Užduotys is provided for learning purposes. We do not guarantee that you will pass the exam by using the platform. The platform is not an official product approved by Regitra.
The platform and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties. Specifically, KET Užduotys does not guarantee that:
- The platform will operate uninterruptedly, without errors, or on time.
- All questions, explanations, or references to legislation will always be up to date or match specific exam questions.
- Defects will be corrected immediately.
- The platform or its content will be protected from viruses, malicious software, or unlawful actions of third parties.
- The service will meet the user's individual expectations or goals.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform or the inability to use it, including – but not limited to – failing the exam, lost time, lost opportunity, or other consequences resulting therefrom.
In cases where the limitation of liability cannot be applied under applicable law, the liability of KET Užduotys shall in any event be limited to the amount that the user actually paid for the last ticket purchased. If the user did not use paid services, KET Užduotys has no obligation to compensate for losses, except in cases where mandatory legal norms provide otherwise.
9. Account deletion
The platform reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to restrict access, suspend, or delete an account if the user:
- Violates these terms of use.
- Uses automated content collection tools (scraping, bots, mass API requests).
- Shares account login credentials or allows third parties to use their account (see section 3).
- Systematically uses the account from multiple devices at the same time or from different geographic locations within a short period, if this indicates account sharing.
- Creates multiple accounts for the same person or attempts to circumvent access restrictions.
- Poses a threat to the security or operation of the platform or to other users.
- Initiates unjustified refunds through the bank (chargeback) without prior contact.
The user may at any time request the deletion of their account and data by writing to info@ketuzduotys.lt. Paid plans are cancelled in accordance with the provisions of section 7.
10. Changes to the terms
KET Užduotys reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on this page, without additional individual notice. We recommend that you periodically review this page.
If, after a change to the terms, you continue to use the platform in any way, you are deemed to agree to all changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you lose the right to use the platform and must immediately stop using it and, if you have an active account, delete it by writing to info@ketuzduotys.lt.
11. Handling of complaints and dispute resolution
First, please contact us by email at info@ketuzduotys.lt – we respond to complaints within 14 working days and strive to settle amicably.
If the dispute is not resolved directly, as a consumer you have the right to turn to:
- The State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt.
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to first resolve it through amicable negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 15 (fifteen) days from the day on which one party submitted to the other a written request to resolve it, the dispute is referred to the court.
Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence, where this is provided for by mandatory norms protecting consumer rights. In other cases, disputes are resolved according to the jurisdiction of the registered office of KET Užduotys.
13. Final provisions
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, contrary to law, or partially ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in full force. In such a case, the invalid provision is replaced by a legally valid provision that, as far as possible, reflects the original intent of the parties and the economic purpose.
Assignment of rights. KET Užduotys has the right at any time, without the user's consent and without separate notice, to assign its rights and obligations arising from these terms to third parties, including – but not limited to – cases of business transfer, merger, or reorganization. The user does not have such a right without the written consent of KET Užduotys.
14. Language and contacts
These terms are also available in Lithuanian. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Lithuanian version prevails.
For questions regarding these terms, contact us by email: info@ketuzduotys.lt
