Can you carry a 10-year-old child on a quad bike in a special child seat?
Explanation
The traffic rules flatly forbid carrying children under 12 on mopeds, motorcycles and quad bikes of any kind. The only exception is a vehicle fitted with a sidecar. A child seat does not change this — a 10-year-old simply may not be carried on a quad bike.
KET reference: KET 195.3: carrying children under 12 on mopeds, motorcycles (except motorcycles with a sidecar), tricycles and quad bikes of all kinds is prohibited.
