The traffic controller is standing sideways to you, arms stretched out to the sides. What does this mean?
Explanation
When the controller stands sideways to you with arms lowered or stretched out to the sides, traffic from the left and right sides may go straight ahead and turn right. From the chest and back sides, traffic is not allowed.
