What does this road sign indicate?

Explanation

This is the prohibitory sign No. 303 "No motor vehicles". It bans motor vehicles, tractors and self-propelled machines. It does not apply to mopeds, motorcycles without sidecars, scheduled service and servicing vehicles, or vehicles bearing the "Disabled person" mark.
