The sign "End of no-overtaking zone" means the earlier "No overtaking" sign no longer applies from here. From this point you may overtake, but still only under the general traffic rules: the overtake must be safe and must not get in anyone's way, it is still banned where road markings (such as a solid line) or other signs forbid it, and it stays banned at hazardous spots like poor visibility, junctions, pedestrian crossings or level crossings.
