What does this sign prohibit?

Explanation

This sign applies at any time of day and whether or not the road is in a built-up area. It bans the use of the horn, except when you need it to avoid a crash. Sounding the horn without good reason is also banned in a residential zone — for example, in the yards of blocks of flats or in areas marked with the relevant sign.
