In which case is it allowed to cross a wide solid line?
Explanation
A wide solid line is normally not to be crossed. You may cross it where it marks the edge of the carriageway, or where it separates a route-transport lane whose signs are not in force at that time. Wanting to overtake a slow vehicle or turn into a courtyard is not one of the exceptions.
