Do you have to wear a motorcycle helmet when riding a quad that has a body (cab) and fitted seat belts?
Explanation
On a quad you must normally wear motorcyclist protection, including a helmet. But you may skip the helmet if the quad has a body or built-in roll bars together with fitted seat belts. Such a build protects the driver much like a car, so wearing the belt is enough in that case.
