Can passengers ride inside a car that is being towed?
Explanation
Carrying passengers in a towed bus, trolleybus, or in the cargo body of a towed lorry is forbidden. Passengers also may not stay in the cab of a vehicle towed with its front or rear lifted onto a special support.
