When is it forbidden to enter a railway crossing?
Explanation
You may not enter a railway crossing on any prohibiting signal — a red traffic light or a barrier coming down. It is also strictly forbidden to enter if you cannot drive clear of it at once, for example when there is a traffic jam or another obstacle on the far side.
