Can you drive a car with studded tyres in May?
Explanation
Studded tyres are banned from 10 April to 31 October, and May falls inside that window. Leftover snow or a short trip doesn’t lift the ban — a driver can’t make that exception for themselves. If winter drags on, only the Minister of Transport and Communications can extend the deadline, by an official order.
